    Redeeming rewards is a breeze! Browse your collected rewards within the app, select the one you wish to use, and show the digital coupon or code at the partner location or enter the code provided online. Some rewards may also have QR codes for seamless scanning.
  • How do members discover new partners or offers on My Huzza?
    Members can explore the app to discover new partners, or they'll receive notifications of fresh offers and promotions tailored to their preferences.
  • How do I keep track of all the rewards I’ve earned?
    Navigate to the 'Rewards' section in the app. Here, you can view all your accumulated rewards, their expiry dates, and details on how to redeem them.
  • Are my rewards transferable to another member?
    Currently, rewards earned on My Huzza are tied to your individual account and are non-transferable. This helps ensure that our members enjoy personalised and exclusive offers tailored just for them.
  • I missed out on an offer. Do promotions repeat?
    While specific offers may vary over time, our partners frequently introduce new deals and promotions. Keep an eye on the app, and make sure your notifications are turned on to stay updated!

    We have recently launched in New York City, United States and London, United Kingdom, whilst we offer the ability for partners to register regionally and for members to access all partners, we will be expanding to more cities and regions soon.

    It's easy! Simply sign up as a member, navigate to your profile, click switch to partner account and register as a new partner. Once approved, you're all set to connect with our vibrant member community.
  • I own a small business. Can I partner with My Huzza?
    Absolutely! My Huzza is tailored for small businesses, but we're open to partners of all sizes. Join us and access our expansive member base.
  • Do I need special equipment to run My Huzza for my business?
    No. My Huzza is designed to run seamlessly on any device. There's no need to invest in new technology.
  • How is the cost for partners determined?
    Partners are only charged based on their reach - specifically, how many members they can access and engage on the platform. You will be shown estimated cost of every action within the app.
  • Can I access the entire member base as a partner?
    Yes, as a partner, you gain access to reach our entire member base, opening the doors to expansive engagement and growth opportunities. To protect our member's privacy, you will not be able to fin individual member information without them sharing their loyalty number with you first.
  • Can I control how I interact with members on My Huzza?
    Yes, partners have complete control over how they interact with our members. From promotions to personal connections, you drive the engagement.
  • Can partners offer exclusive deals or promotions?
    Absolutely! Partners can tailor their offerings, run special promotions, or give exclusive deals to engage and reward the My Huzza community.
  • Are there any long-term commitments for partners?
    My Huzza operates on a flexible model. Partners can choose their engagement level, and there are no mandatory long-term commitments. There are some obligations when closing down an account to ensure a consistent customer experience. More information can be found in the Partner Terms & Conditions.
  • Can I manage multiple business locations through one partner account?
    Yes! My Huzza is designed to be versatile. Partners can manage and monitor multiple business locations under a single partner account, making it easy to oversee all your outlets. You can also add as many member colleagues as you need through a shared team code which changes if a team member is removed.
  • What support is available for partners facing technical issues?
    We offer dedicated support for our partners. If you encounter any issues, our technical team is just a message away, ready to assist.
  • How can I manage the level of access to different features in my partner portal?
    We understand that it's important for you as a business owner to set different levels of access for different team members. Which is why we have a feature to help you do just that in your partner portal. In the partner portal, you can tap the pencil icon and edit each team member's level of access. PendingAccess: Prevents the user from being able to access the partner portal at all. It's given when a new team member joins the partner account and is waiting for approval from someone with RestrictedAccess or FullAccess. You can also move the team member to PendingAccess if you want to pause thier access. ReadAccess: This level of access is great for someone in a customer assistant role or a team member who simply needs to have the QR reward and loyalty card scanning capability with simple access to the partner portal. RestrictedAccess: A higher level of access, the user is able to access more confidential areas, but is not able to delete anything. They can create and modify rewards, change and approve access to partner portal, and edit partner information. FullAccess: This is the highest level of access, the user is set to administrator, which gives them the same access to the creator of the partner account. On top of the RestrictedAccess, the user is able to view and pay any outstanding balance.
  • I’m not tech-savvy. Is My Huzza easy to use?

    Data security is a top priority. We've implemented robust measures to protect both member and partner data, ensuring a safe and secure experience.
  • What's the benefit of using QR codes with My Huzza?
    Our versatile QR codes allow for easy member check-ins, helping partners capture new customers and record activities from existing members, all in a seamless manner.
  • I'm having trouble scanning a QR code at a partner location. What should I do?
    Ensure your device's camera is functioning properly and you have good lighting. Alternatively, the partner is able to find you by scanning you member barcode or entering your loyalty number. If you're still facing issues, reach out via the Support Hub section in the app, and we'll assist you promptly.
